We are experiencing a very high volume of phone calls as a result of the pandemic. It is important to us to continue to provide high quality care to all of our patients throughout this time, and we are endeavoring to answer all patient calls as quickly as we can. However, during particularly busy times, there can be a delay in getting through to us at reception.
When you call the surgery, your call will be placed on a waiting line if the reception staff are answering other calls. They will answer all calls in turn, so please stay on the line. Alternatively, you may prefer to call back later in the day during particularly busy periods.
We are very grateful for your ongoing patience and understanding throughout this busy time. We are doing our best to look after our patients, and encourage you to contact the surgery if there is anything we can help you with.
GP consultations are by appointment only. There is no walk-in service. Please phone us at 01 4730893 to arrange appointments.

Please note that at this time, we ask that if you are attending the surgery:
1) Attend alone (some exceptions can be made, staff will advise you if this is the case)
2) Attend no more than five minutes before your scheduled appointment time
3) Wear a face covering
4) Any COVID-like symptoms must be reported to staff before coming to the surgery
5) Please check in at intercom outside before entering the building
